Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive mental health services to our clients. This position involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of mental health conditions, providing both medication management and therapeutic support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program.

  • Current and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland, with a specialty in psychiatry (PMHNP-BC).

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric mental health care.

Licensed Therapist 

We are looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist) to provide high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating a safe, inclusive, and empathetic space for clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications:

  • Active license to practice in Maryland (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist).

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or groups.

Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our mental health professionals. Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing clinical supervision to a team of therapists, ensuring high standards of care and professional development, overseeing accurate and timely documentation of clients engage in treatment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active LCSW-C or LCPC license in the state of Maryland. 

  • Must be board approved to perform supervision of licensed therapists. 

  • Must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
